Return Process

  Log into your Ecity account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your return package.

  Package Your Device

  Ensure the electronics are powered off and securely packed in the original box with all cables, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our technicians inspect the device at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
